Welcome to Nestrous ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

These Terms govern your use of the Platform and are legally binding. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nestrous, a Nestrous employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Provided

Our Platform offers property management services, including but not limited to document storage, billing approvals, service requests, and vendor management. The specific services available to you depend on your role (e.g., property owner, tenant, vendor) and any agreements in place.

5. Payment Terms

Certain services on the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
